Oh, it’s definitely a tie between Yunho from TVXQ and T.O.P!
I like listening to Yunho’s voice more but T.O.P’s lyrics are usually more fun to sing along with.

I saw Beast, 2PM, SHINee, G. NA, Sistar, TVXQ, 4minute, and… THE VILLAGE PEOPLE. xD
